Parameterizing the analog setpoint

Factory setting
For the speed control and positioning operating modes, you can choose between the
fixed
speed
N4 and analog
input
A1
(0
V to
10
V). The drive is delivered with fixed
speed
N4 by default. No further setting is required. To being able to use the analog in-
put, you have to configure this accordingly via the DCAShell engineering interface.
The easiest and fastest way to enable the analog input is via the parameter "fixed
speed N4". Once you have entered the value "0", the setpoint is input via analog in-
put
A1. The following figure shows the voltage/speed characteristics. This profile is
stored by default for the motor.

Analog setpoint scaling (example)
You can assign a conversion function to the voltage values of the analog input.
The behavior of the analog input consists of 5 value pairs of voltage and speed:
• X0/Y0
• X1/Y1
• X2/Y2
• X3/Y3
• X4/Y4
