Sometimes, there are a lot of sent and received packets on a network, occupying large CPU and
memory resources. As a result, some packets cannot be processed immediately or are directly lost. If
hello packets from a neighbor cannot be processed within the dead interval of neighbors, the
connection with the neighbor will be interrupted due to connection timeout. If two-way OSPFv3
maintenance is enabled and a large number of packets exist on the network, besides hello packets,
the two-way neighboring relationship between the device and the neighbor can also be maintained by
