CSD7 Servo Drive (EtherCAT)
Timing Chart
When a safe state is switched to an unsafe state as shown in the
figure below, the time T1 taken until EDM signal is turned off is
maximum 1 msec, and the time T2 taken until the torque is off is
maximum 0.5 ms.
* EDM (External Device Monitor) : It is used as a safe state output
signal.
