Cleaning the toner mark/side verify sensor (if installed):

Clean the area under

the toner mark/side verify sensor

(2)

as follows:

Loosen the thumbscrew

(1)

Flip the sensor up so that you can access the area under the sensor.

Use a toner-certified vacuum cleaner to clean the bottom of the sensor and
the surrounding area

(3)

Flip the sensor back into place.

Tighten the thumbscrew.
