ID Register (SDID)
SDID is a 32-bit read-only register that consists of connected 16-bit registers SDIDH and SDIDL,
each of which can be read by the CPU.
The IDCODE command is set from the UDI pin. This register can be read from the TDO when the
TAP state is Shift-DR. Writing is disabled.
