Activate/inactivate user accounts
User accounts cannot be deleted. The user with the “Supervisor” user ID must deactivate the user
account so that it is no longer displayed in the
Activated Users
list.
To inactivate/activate a user account, follow the steps below.
1.
Log in as “Supervisor”.
See steps 1–3 of Section 4.2.1 for more information.
2.
Press the
Tools
tab.
The
Tools
menu will be displayed.
3.
Press the
User Management
button.
The
User overview/Please Select User
(“Supervisor login”) screen
appears.
4.
Deactivation
: Select the user name from the list in the
Activated Users
package and press the
No
button.
The selected user will be removed from the list and transferred to the
Deactivated Users
list.
5.
Activation
: Select the user name from the list in the
Deactivated Users
package and press the
Yes
button.
The selected user will be removed from the list and transferred to the
Activated Users
list.
6.
Press
Save
to confirm the changes.
