DELUXE GRIP CLIMBER INSERT:
Shall be formed from 12 gauge punched sheet
steel with a hole pattern to provide a variety of
attachment points for die-cast aluminum grips.
The Deluxe Grip Climber Insert shall be Play-
Tuff™ coated after fabrication.
DELUXE GRIP CLIMBER RAMP:
Shall be formed from 12 gauge sheet steel with
welded 2.875" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing. The
Deluxe Grip Climber Ramp shall be Play-Tuff™
coated after fabrication.
GRIP CLIMB WALL:
Shall be formed from 12 gauge punched sheet
steel with welded 2.875" O.D. 11 gauge steel
tubing with a hole pattern to provide a variety of
attachment points for die-cast aluminum grips.
The Grip Climb Wall shall be Play-Tuff™ coated
after fabrication.
GRIP RAMP BRACKET:
Shall be two-part laser-cut and welded from 1/4"
steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder
coat finish.
GRIP RAMP FOOT:
Shall be laser-cut from 1/4" steel and will have a
multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish.
RAMP GRIP:
Shall be one piece and precision die-cast from a
high strength aluminum alloy. The Ramp Grip
comes in 2-hole and 3-hole styles and finished with
a vinyl coating.
HARDWARE:
Shall be stainless steel, zinc/nickel plated or
galvanized as required to resist rust and corrosion.

Grip Climber Specifications
Periodically tighten all screws, bolts and nuts. A
periodic inspection of all parts is necessary. If a part
is broken or worn, replace immediately. For general
