SPIRAL SLIDE DECK:
Shall be precision cut, formed, and welded using 12
gauge thick steel and shall be Play-Tuff™ coated
after fabrication.
TWISTER SLIDE SECTIONS & HOOD:
Shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally
molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an
average wall thickness of .250".
TWISTER SLIDE SPACER:
Shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic
specially formulated for optimum UV stability and
color retention.
SINGLE SLIDE LEG:
Shall be fabricated using 1.660" 11 gauge steel
tubing with 10 gauge HR steel and 5/8" round bar
and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat
finish.
SECTIONAL SPIRAL SLIDE WALL:
Shall be fabricated using 1.315" 12 gauge steel
tubing and 1.029" 14 gauge steel tubing with 1/4"
HR steel clevis and will have a multi-stage baked-on
powder coat finish.
TWISTER SIT DOWN SIDE GUARD CANADA:
Shall be fabricated using 1.029" 14 gauge steel
tubing with 10 gauge HR steel and will have a multi-
stage baked-on powder coat finish.
SECTIONAL SLIDE SUPPORT:
Shall be fabricated using 1.660" 11 gauge steel
tubing with 3/16" HR steel 5/8" round bar and will
have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish.
SECTIONAL SLIDE SUPPORT BRACKET:
Shall be fabricated using 3/16" HR steel and will have
a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish.
ROTO PANEL DECK MOUNTING PLATE:
Shall be fabricated using 1/4" HR steel and will have
a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish.
MOUNTING BLOCKS:
Shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high
strength aluminum alloy and will have a multi-stage
baked-on powder coat finish.
HARDWARE:
Shall be stainless steel, zinc/nickel plated or
galvanized as required to resist rust and corrosion.
Specifications
Periodically tighten all screws, bolts and nuts. A
periodic inspection of all parts is necessary. If a part
is broken or worn, replace immediately. For general
