Modifying or Clearing Non-PPV Timers

The following procedure provides you the required steps to reset or resume your timer.
To reset or resume timers for future non-PPV programs from the program guide
Note: At any time during this procedure, you can elect to cancel this procedure by pressing the EXIT button. In
that event, there are no changes to the timer.
1 Press the GUIDE button. The program guide displays.
2 Press the arrow buttons to highlight the program to be resumed or modified. The program
displays in the program guide, highlight in yellow with a timer symbol.
3 Press the SELECT button. One of the following happens:
• Passport DCT displays the channel. This means that this is not a future program, it is a
current program.
• One of the following displays appear if you have selected a non-PPV program with an
existing timer. The example shows a display for a program with an event timer (on left) and
a display for a program with a VCR timer (on right).
Note: If you have selected a PPV program, refer to Modifying or Canceling PPV Purchases on page 50.
