Purchasing PPV Programs
4 You see the following display asking you to select one of the options. Using the scroll bars,
highlight either Buy Event or Buy Event and Set VCR Timer and press the A button. Proceed
to the next step.
Note: If you elect to Buy the Event and Set VCR Timer, you need to ensure that the VCR is set up for
recording events (refer to Setting Up Your VCR Controls on page 137).
5 If you have exceeded the maximum number of purchases, you see this display.
• If you do not see this display, proceed to the next step.
• If you do see this display, you must either review your previous purchases and cancel one of
them, or wait until one has finished and then start this purchase over. Either press the A
button to review the purchases or press the C button to cancel the new purchase. If you
review the purchases and cancel a purchase in order to complete this purchase, you will need
to start the procedure again. If you elect to cancel, this procedure is now complete.
6 If the program you have selected exceeds six hours, you see a display telling you this. Press the
SELECT button to continue the purchase.
