Changing the PIN

Passport DCT Customer Service Guide

Press the up or down arrow button to highlight the Purchasing option.

Press the SELECT button. Household members now must enter the PIN before they can
purchase a program.

To exit the Settings menu, press the EXIT button.

Changing the PIN

Passport DCT requires you to enter the PIN to change any parental control settings or to view
locked channels or programs. You may also be required to enter the PIN to purchase PPV programs
and set timers. You can change the number for your PIN with the Change PIN option in the Parental
Control preference. It is advisable to change your PIN from time to time to avoid unauthorized
viewers from finding out the PIN.
