Programs selected for event timers display the following symbols.
Programs selected for recording on your VCR display the following symbols.
When you set a timer for a program (either the event timer or the VCR timer), the channel banner
shows a reminder message one minute before the program is about to start. To select the program,
press the SELECT button while the message is on display or wait for the settop to display the
program automatically. The following display shows an example of a reminder message.
To set a timer for a future non-PPV program from the program guide
1 Press the GUIDE button. The program guide displays.
2 Press the right, up or down arrow button to highlight the future program for which you want to
set a timer.
3 Press the SELECT button. You see the following display, indicating this is a future program.
