In the speed control mode, the maximum value of the inverter output torque is controlled
by the torque upper limit source.
P2-09 is used to select the set value of the upper limit of the torque, when the analog, high-
speed pulse, communication settings corresponding to the set.
100% corresponds to P2-10, and P2-10 100% of the inverter rated current.
