5.9.6. Determine Signal Tower Input
There are two types of decisions for signal tower inputs, Normal and Flashing.
If there is no flashing state, use "Normal".

Light on
When the signal input status changes from "Light off" to "Light on", the result is
"light on" and information is transmitted.
Light off
When the signal input status changes from "Light on" to "Light off", the result is
"light off" and information is transmitted.
Flashing*
Flashing
When the signal input repeatedly changes "Light on" to "Light off" to "Light on"
to "Light off" and so on, the result is "Flashing" and information is transmitted.
You can select from 3 different time periods in Web setup tool before flashing is
determined.
• Flashing (short)
• Flashing (medium)
• Flashing (long)
Light on
When the signal input status changes from "Light off" to "Light on", the result is
"Light on" and information is transmitted.
Light off
When the signal input status changes from "Light on" to "Light off", the result is
"Light off" and information is transmitted.
* Flashing is determined when there are two status changes within a defined period.
This period is called "SS seconds".

You can select "SS seconds" from three different time periods.
• Flashing (short): SS seconds = 0.7 seconds
• Flashing (medium): SS seconds = 1.5 seconds
• Flashing (long): SS seconds = 2.5 seconds
