Go to the “Monitor” screen and select the “Laser pumping” tool.
Select “Yes” to start laser pumping. After a few seconds, laser pumping is completed
and the status icon of the “Laser pumping” tool changes.

Select the “Operation” tool.
In the dialog, select “RUN ON”. Select “Yes” to confirm.

On-the-fly marking starts with the trigger input.

After the marking process is finished, check the marking quality on the workpiece.

When you are not satisfied with the marking result, check the position and
environment of the workpiece, the condition of the laser system, or the laser settings.
If character spacing is incorrect, try to adjust any of the following settings:
• If “Line speed control” is set to “Fixed speed”, adjust the line speed (“Line speed
[m/min]”).
• If “Line speed control” is set to “Encoder input”, adjust the encoder resolution
(“Encoder resolution [pulses/mm]”).
• If “Line speed control” is set to “2 sensors input”, adjust the distance between the
line speed sensors (“Distance line speed sensors [mm]”).
If the marking start position deviates from the expected position, try the following:
• To correct the marking start position backward, adjust the workpiece reference
boundary to downstream direction.
• To correct the marking start position forward, adjust the workpiece reference
boundary to upstream direction.
