System settings
24.1 Display information about the laser marking system
In Laser Marker NAVI smart, you can easily view information about the connected laser
marking system.
When you edit a backup file in offline mode, the system information at the time of backup are
displayed.
1. Establish an online connection between your PC and the laser marking system.
2. Go to the “System settings” screen and select “System information” in the ribbon.
3. The following information is displayed in the dialog:
• “Model”
• “Laser head serial number”
• “Laser head lot number”
• “Laser head version”
• “Oscillator unit serial number” (LP-RV)
• “Oscillator unit lot number” (LP-RV)
• “Oscillator unit version” (LP-RV)
• “Controller serial number”
• “Controller lot number”
• “Controller version”
• “Controller display version” (LP-RC, LP-RF, LP-RV)
• “Optional network” (LP-RF, LP-RV)
4. To close the dialog, select “Close” or “X”.
24.2 Set the date and time
If the displayed date and time of the laser marking system are wrong, you can change them.
The current date and time are displayed under “System settings” > “Operation/information” >
“System clock” in the format YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss.
• When you edit a backup file in offline mode, “System clock” is not displayed.
• LP-RC, LP-RF, LP-RV: You can also check the date and time on the controller LED
display.
