(1) “Relative X-position [mm]”: -8.15mm, “Relative Y-position [mm]”: -3.1mm
(2) “Relative X-position [mm]”: -6mm, “Relative Y-position [mm]”: 2mm
• “Character height [mm]”, “Character width [mm]”:
To specify the height or width of a character, enter numeric values in the text boxes.
These parameters are not available for EAN/UPC/JAN.
• “Character spacing [mm]”:
Enter a numeric value to set the spacing between characters.
This parameter is not available for EAN/UPC/JAN.
• “Bold line width [mm]”:
Enter a numeric value to set a bold type style.
• “Linefeed”:
This parameter is only available for 2D codes and the 2D part of composite codes.
To enable the line feed function for the human readable text, select “ON” and set the code
data on multiple lines.
For GS1 DataMatrix, GS1 DataBar and GS1-128 codes, input the AI prefix code at the
beginning of each line followed by the data field.
Example
The following drawing illustrates a GS1 DataMatrix code with 3 lines.
• “Linefeed spacing [mm]”:
The parameter becomes available if “Linefeed” is set to “ON”. If the human readable text
is set in several lines, you can specify the spacing between the lines.
This parameter is only available for 2D codes and the 2D part of composite codes.
