Select the appropriate linearity coefficient setting depending on the target to the measurement.

Usually, select this setting.

Mirror

This setting allows for high linearity measurement if the 
surface of the object gives a mirror-like reflection, such as 
with glass, wafer, or metallic luster objects. 

Rough

Selecting the mode when the surface is diffusing, possible 
to acquire the high linearity measurement of resin, ceramic, 
or etc.
