6-3 Two-position ON/OFF (Block Model 001)
This section describes only the differences between the 2-position ON/OFF
and Basic PID (Block Model 011). For details on the areas not covered here,

6-3-1 Face Plates
The face plates are almost the same as for Basic PID (Block Model 011)
except that MV has two positions.
