6-16 Motor Opening Manipulator (Block Model 224)
This section describes only the differences between the Motor Opening
Manipulator Block and Basic PID Block (Block Model 011). For details on the
areas not covered here, refer to
6-1 Basic PID (Block Model 011) .
6-16-1 Face Plates
This function block operates an electric position-proportional motor using a
target opening value and open/close command inputs. Combine this function
block with other Control blocks (such as the PID block) to achieve position-
proportional control of electric motors.
1: Status Display 1
Displays either AUTO or MAN status. The value of tag ITEM S1 determines
the status character string display.
This button is created as an ON/OFF Button using a Simple Rectangle (Type
1) to switch the label ON/OFF.
Control Flag input is disabled.
