1. In the Create setup page, press the Enter key to select the file type value, and then
turn the adjustment knob to choose INC or CAL .
2. Press the Tab key to highlight the Filename box.
3. Enter characters (up to 32) using the virtual keypad, adjustment knob, and Enter
key (see Figure 9-3 on page 106).

Special characters such as spaces, decimals, slashes, and punctuation are not
permitted in the
Filename box.
4. For each of the next three optional boxes ( Description , Inspector ID , Location
Note ) press the Tab key, and then repeat step 3 to enter information.
5. If the File Type is INC :
a) Press the Tab key, and then enter an optional ID Prefix .
This prefix will save as part of the ID but will not increment.
