3.6.3 Printing of Head Rank
Finish head check and print out the results of head check.

Under Test Print mode, turn the
dial to display “HEAD CHECK”.

Press the key.
Head check is finished and the results of
head check are printed.
After printing is finished, head rank will be
displayed.

Confirm head rank.
If head is seriously damaged, please replace
thermal head in reference to “4.2 Replacing
the Thermal Head” on page 4-8.

Damage in dot number DAMAGE Show the damage of head in dot number.

COUNTER Show the head counter.
Average Resistance MEASURE Show the average resistance of thermal head.
Head Rank RANK Show the resistance rank of thermal head.

Print Example
Press the key
to return to selection of
setting mode.
Printing cannot be
suspended.
In case errors like end
label occur during
printing, press the
key to start
reprinting.
