Switching Commands

Note:
Community names in the SNMP community table must be unique. If you make multiple
entries using the same community name, the first entry is kept and processed and all duplicate
entries are ignored.
Default
Two default community names: Public and Private. You can
replace these default community names with unique identifiers
for each community. The default values for the remaining four
community names are blank.
Format
config snmpcommunity create <
name>
config snmpcommunity delete
This command removes this community name from the table. The name is the community name to
be deleted.

config snmpcommunity delete
<name>
config snmpcommunity ipaddr
This command sets an IP address for an SNMP community. The address is the associated
community SNMP packet sending address. The name is the applicable community name. The
community name may be up to 16 alphanumeric characters.
Default
0.0.0.0

config snmpcommunity ipaddr
<ipAddr> <name>
config snmpcommunity ipmask
This command sets a client IP mask for an SNMP community. The address is the associated
community SNMP packet sending address. The name is the applicable community name. The
community name may be up to 16 alphanumeric characters.
