show router ospf virtif detailed

This command displays the OSPF Virtual Interface information for a specific area and neighbor. 
The <areaid> parameter identifies the area and the <neighbor> parameter identifies the neighbor's 
IP Address.

Format  

show router ospf virtif detailed 

<areaid> <neighbor>

Area ID  

Is the area id of the requested OSPF area.

Neighbor IP Address  

Is the neighbor IP Address that is entered.

Hello Interval  

Is the configured hello interval for the OSPF virtual interface.

Dead Interval  

Is the configured dead interval for the OSPF virtual interface.

Iftransit Delay Interval   

Is the configured transit delay for the OSPF virtual interface.

Retransmit Interval   

Is the configured retransmit interval for the OSPF virtual inter-
face.

Authentication Type  

Is the configured authentication type of the OSPF virtual inter-
face.

show router ospf virtif summary

This command displays the OSPF Virtual Interface information for all areas in the system.

show router ospf virtif summary

Area Id  

Is the area id of the requested OSPF area.

Neighbor  

Is the neighbor interface of the OSPF virtual interface.

Hello Interval  

Is the configured hello interval for the OSPF virtual interface.

Dead Interval   

Is the configured dead interval for the OSPF virtual interface.

Retransmit Interval   

Is the configured retransmit interval for the OSPF virtual inter-
face.

Transit Delay  

Is the configured transit delay for the OSPF virtual interface.

This command creates the OSPF virtual interface for the specified <areaid> and <neighbor>. The 
<neighbor> parameter is the IP address of the neighbor.
