4.2.10 Shock resistance
NOTICE
Falling objects, side impacts, and shock loads may afect the performance and the
accuracy of the scale and damage the integrated load cells or the platform.
Avoid shock loads.
Although the weighing platform has a robust design, avoid dropping objects onto the
platform from considerable heights and do not expose the platform to side impacts or
shock loads. The weighing platform complies with the loads speciied in the standard DIN
IEC68 part 2-27.

Notes on planning superstructures
NOTICE
Warning of damage to property and/or the environment.
Superstructures must be completely attached before the weighing platform is
connected to the power.
The weighing platform is designed for system integration.
Moving or rotating parts on the load plate must be designed so that the weighing results
are not inluenced. Rotating parts should be counterbalanced, for example. The load plate
must be free on all sides so that there is no connection between the weighing platform
and ixed parts due to falling parts or dirt.
