7.9 Averaging (Animal weighing) application
With this "Animal weighing"
application, you can calculate averages from several
weighing operations. It is used when either the object to be weighed (e.g. animals) or the
environment during weighing are unstable.

Averaging started manually or automatically (see chapter
menu item [START]
3.18).
With manual start selected, the averaging routine begins when you press a key
(provided the start conditions are met).
With automatic start selected, the application begins when you place the irst load on
the platform (provided the start conditions are met).

Enter the number of sub-weighing operations using the keypad

Use the
key to select the number of measurements for averaging.

Activate Info mode via the
key

Toggle the display from "result of last measurement" to "current weight" by pressing
the
key.

Exit application, delete parameters
The value of the reference sample weight in the reference memory remains active until it
is deleted via the
key or overwritten or until the application is changed.
The reference sample weight also remains saved after the scale is turned of. You can
assign diferent functions to the
key for deleting applications. When you clear
applications, you can delete either the data stored for all applications or just selected data
stored for the active application.
