Set preload
Setup information

Setting a preload for scales used in legal metrology is automatically carried out by the
power-on zero range. Explicit setting of the preload is not possible in legal
metrology.

The key
must be assigned the function "Set preload" (menu item [SET.VORL.]
1.9.8) (see Chapter
menu item [CAL.JUST] 1.9).
Note:
After linearization, the
key must be reassigned its original function, e.g. External
calibration/adjustment with default weights (see Chapter
menu item [CAL.JUST]
1.9).
Procedure
7. Repeat the procedure for all required linearization weights.
After the inal linearization weight has been stored, a prompt appears asking you
to unload the load plate completely.
8. Remove the load from the load plate.
After a short time, the zero point is automatically adopted and the automatically
switches to weighing mode.
9. Close the locking switch again and, if necessary, reconigure the key
(press and
hold) to calibration/adjustment beforehand.
