To activate:
check if the LIM indicator
lamp is lit. If it is, you can activate
Speedtronic. If it is not, press the
cruise control lever in the direction of

The LIM indicator lamp in the cruise
control lever lights up.
Press the cruise control lever briefly up
or down in the direction of arrow

The road speed is shown in the display
and is stored. Speedtronic rounds the
speed up to the next highest or lowest
multiple of 10 km/h.
The speedometer range lights up from
the start of the scale up to the stored
speed.
Selecting a stored speed

Adjustment in 1 km/h increments
Press the cruise control lever briefly up
or down in the direction of arrow

The most recently stored speed in-
creases or decreases.
Adjustment in 10 km/h increments
Push the cruise control lever beyond
the detent up

for a lower speed.
Deactivating variable Speedtronic
There are various ways of deactivating var-
iable Speedtronic:
Pull the cruise control lever briefly in
the direction of arrow

Risk of accident
If there is a change of drivers, advise the
new driver of the limit speed stored.
Only use Speedtronic if you will not have to
accelerate suddenly to a speed above that
stored as the limit speed. You could other-
wise cause an accident.
You can only exceed the stored limit speed
if you switch off variable Speedtronic, e.g.
by depressing the accelerator pedal beyond
the pressure point (kickdown).
It is not possible to deactivate variable
Speedtronic by braking.
