Special destination list
The illustration below shows an example
of the special destination list for the
"RESTAURANT" main category, "GERMAN
CUISINE" sub-category in the vicinity of the
current position.
1 Compass heading to the destination
2 Linear distance to the destination
3 Special destination

Displays 1 and 2 are not visible if you
have entered a special destination within a given
town and only the country and town were en-
tered.
In the special destination list, you can ei-
ther select a special destination or enter
the name of the special destination.
Selecting a special destination
Select the desired special destination.
The special destination list disappears
and the address of the special destina-
tion is displayed.
To go back to the special destina-
tion list: select "Back" and press n .
or
Press the L back button.
To start route calculation: select
"Start" , see also ( page 154).
Entering the name of the special
destination
Select "Options" "Spell".
The special destination list appears
with the input characters; the input
characters are activated automatically.

3 Characters automatically added by the
system

5 Characters not currently available for
selection
6 Special destination list
7 Currently selected character

With input characters 4 , you can only se-
lect the characters that are currently available.
Which these are depends on the current input
string and the data contained on the digital map.
