Setting special destination icons
You can set the special destinations you
wish to have displayed as icons on the
map. Special destinations are, for exam-
ple, filling stations, hotels, cinemas and
restaurants.
The following settings are possible:
"Standard symbols"
(icon display deter-
mined by the factory settings)
"Personal symbols"
(you can determine
the icons yourself)
"No symbols"
To adjust:
select
"Navi"
"Navi"

Select

.
If you have selected
"Personal sym-
bols"
, the list of special destinations
appears.
To switch the icon display for a
special destination on or off:
se-
lect the required special destina-
tion.
This will show the icons if their dis-
play was previously switched off,
and hide them if their display was
previously switched on. If a tick is
shown, this indicates that the dis-
play is switched on. You can switch
on the icon displays for more than
one special destination.
i
The list shows all icons that are contained in
the digital map across all countries. However,
not all the special destinations are available in all
countries. Certain special destination icons may
not be displayed on the map, even if the icon dis-
play is switched on.
