- Do not smoke or approach the lift truck
with a flame, when the fuel tank is
open or is being filled.
- Take care not to burn yourself
(Exhaust, radiator, I.C. engine, etc.).
- Disconnect the negative cable terminal
(-) from the top of the battery before
working on the electrical circuit or on
the lift truck (e.g. : Welding).
- Do not drop metallic items on the bat-
tery.
- When carrying out electric welding
work on the lift truck, connect the
negative cable from the equipment
directly to the part being welded, so as
to avoid high tension current passing
through the alternator.
B - Maintenance.
- The maintenance and the keeping in
compliance of the lift truck are compul-
sory.
- Carry out daily maintenance (See
chapter : A - DAILY OR EVERY 10
HOURS SERVICE in paragraph : 3 -
MAINTENANCE).
- Do not run the I.C. engine without air
filter, or with oil, water or fuel leaks.
Wait for the I. C engine to cool before
removing the radiator cap .
- Change the filter cartridges (See ser-
vicing schedules in chapter : FIL-
TERS CARTRIDGES AND BELTS in
paragraph : 3 - MAINTENANCE).
C - Levels.
- Use the recommended lubricants
(Never use contaminated lubricants).
- Do not fill the fuel tank when the I.C.
engine is running.
- Only fill up the fuel tank in areas
specified for this purpose.
- Nicht rauchen oder sich mit einer offe-
nen Flamme dem Teleskoplader
nähern, wenn dessen Kraftstofftank
offen ist oder gefüllt wird.
- Vorsicht, Verbrennungsgefahr (Auspuff,
Kühler, Verbrennungsmotor, usw.).
- Vor Arbeiten am Stromkreis oder am
Teleskoplader(Z. B. Schweißen) die
Minusklemme (-) der Batterie abklem-
men.
- Keine Metallteile auf die Batterie legen.
- Zur Durchführung von
Elektroschweißarbeiten am
Teleskoplader, die Minusklemme des
Schweißgerätes direkt an das zu
schweißende Teil legen, damit der
Strom nicht durch die Lichtmaschine
fließt.
B - Instandhaltung.
- Der Teleskoplader muß zwangsläufig
instand und in konformem Zustand
gehalten werden.
- Tägliche Instandhaltung durchführen
(Siehe Kapitel : A - TÄGLICH ODER
ALLE 10 BETRIEBSSTUNDEN,
Abschnitt : 3 - WARTUNG).
- Den Verbrennungsmotor nicht ohne
Luftfilter oder mit Öl-, Wasser- oder
Kraftstoffleckagen in Betrieb nehmen.
Vor dem Entfernen des
Kühlerverschlusses sicherstellen, daß
der Motor abgekühlt ist.
VERBRENNUNGSGEFAHR
- Filterpatronen auswechseln (Siehe
Austauschhäufigkeit im Kapitel : FILTE-
RELEMENTE UND KEILRIEMEN,
Abschnitt : 3 - WARTUNG).
C - Flüssigkeitsstand.
- Nur empfohlenen Schmiermittel einset-
zen (Auf keinen Fall gebrauchte
Schmiermittel verwenden).
- Den Kraftstofftank nicht bei laufendem
Motor befüllen.
- Den Teleskoplader nur an den dafür
vorgesehenen Stellen auftanken.
- Non fumare o avvicinarsi al carrello
elevatore con fiamme libere quando il
serbatoio del combustibile è aperto o
in fase di riempimento.
- Attenzione ai rischi di ustioni
(Scappamento, radiatore, motore
termico, ecc.).
- Scollegare il capocorda negativo (-)
dalla batteria prima di lavorare sull'im-
pianto elettrico o sul carrello elevatore
(Es. : Saldatura).
- Non posare pezzi metallici sulla
batteria.
- Per effettuare una saldatura elettrica
sul carrello elevatore, porre la pinza
del cavo negativo della saldatrice diret-
tamente sul pezzo da saldare, onde
evitare che la corrente molto forte
attraversi l'alternatore.
B - Manutenzione.
- La manutenzione e il mantenimento
dello stato di conformità del carrello
elevatore sono obbligatori.
- Effettuare la manutenzione giornaliera
(Vedi capitolo : A - OGNI GIORNO O
OGNI 10 ORE DI FUNZIONAMENTO
nella parte : 3 - MANUTENZIONE).
- Non far funzionare il motore termico
senza il filtro dell'aria o con perdite
d'olio, d'acqua o di combustibile.
Aspettare il raffreddamento del
motore termico prima di rimuovere
il tappo del radiatore .
- Sostituire le cartucce dei filtri (Vedi
periodicità di sostituzione nel capitolo
ELEMENTI FILTRANTI E CINGHIE
nella parte : 3 - MANUTENZIONE).
C - Livelli.
- Utilizzare i lubrificanti raccomandati
(Non utilizzare mai lubrificanti usati).
- Non riempire il serbatoio del
combustibile quando il motore termico
è in funzione.
- Effettuare il pieno di combustibile solo
negli appositi spazi previsti a tale
scopo.
