C C 1 1 6 6 a a - - Ölstand Rotationsgetriebe
prüfen
(only 400°)
Den Teleskopstapler mit ausgerichtetem
Turm auf eine ebene Fläche stellen, den
Teleskopausleger ganz einfahren und
heben und den Turm dann um +/- 60°
nach rechts drehen, um besseren Zugriff
zu den Einfüllstellen des
Rotationsgetriebes (Abb. C16a) zu
erhalten; den Motor abstellen und
abwarten, dass das Öl sich abkühlt.
Um den Stand des Getriebeöls zu prü-
fen, ist folgendes erforderlich:
Kontrollstopfen 2 (Abb.C16a/1) entfernen.
Der Ölstand ist korrekt, wenn an der
Kontrollöffnung 2 (Abb. C16a/1) das
Öl ansteht.
Ggf. durch die Einfüllöffnung
1 (Abb. C16a/1) nachfüllen. (siehe
“TABELLE FÜLLMENGEN”).
Danach die Einfüll- und
Standanzeigestopfen wieder
aufschrauben.

Position the lift truck, with turret aligned, on a
level surface,
retract and raise telescopic boom completely,
and then turn the turret to the right by
+/- 60°, for better access to the rotation
reduction gear filling points (Fig.C16a).
Stop the I.C. engine and wait for the hydraulic
oil to cool down.
To check the oil level in the reduction unit:
Relieve the level plug 2 (fig. C16a/1).
The level is correct when the oil surfa-
ces and flows through the port of level
2 (fig. C16a/1) add oil.
Trough the breater and flitting oil hole
1, (fig. C16a/1) if necessary, (see
“Lubricant”).
Then refit the topping up and level caps.

Posizionare il carrello, con torretta
allineata, su di una superficie piana,
rientrare e sollevare completamente il
braccio telescopico e poi ruotare la
torretta a destra di +/- 60°, per accedere
meglio ai punti di riempimento del
riduttore rotazione (fig.C16a); fermare il
motore termico e attendere che si
raffreddi l’olio idraulico.
Per controllare il livello olio riduttore
occorre:
Togliere il tappo di livello 2 (fig.C16a/1).
Il livello é corretto quando l'olio affiora
e defluisce dal foro di livello 2
(Fig.C16a/1).
Aggiungere olio dal foro di carico 1
(Fig.C16a/1) se necessario, (vedere
"LUBRIFICANTI").
Infine riavvitare i tappi di rabbocco e di
livello.
