- Replace engine oil and engine
oil filter
Position the lift truck on level ground,
allow the engine to idle for a few minutes
and then switch it off.
Demount engine guard "1".
Place a container under the drain plug of
the engine oil sump 2 (Fig. C17/1).
Unscrew plug 2 and remove it.
Then unscrew fill plug 3 (Fig.C17/2) to
facilitate emptying.
Replacing filter.
Unscrew and remove oil filter 4
(Fig.C17/3) then discard it with its relative
seal.
Clean the filter connector with a clean
cloth.
Lightly lubricate the new seal and fit a
new filter with the same specifications
see ("FILTER ELEMENTS AND BELTS
TABLE").
Tighten the new oil filter 4
by exerting slight pressure by hand
and lock it by turning it through a quarter
of a turn.
Filling the crankcase. Refit and tighten
drain plug 1 (fig. C17/1).
Fill up with oil (see “LUBRICANT” chart)
through fill hole 3 (fig. C17/2).
Wait a few minutes to allow the oil to
flow into the crankcase.
Start the engine and allow it to idle for a
few minutes.
Check that there are no leaks from the
drain hole or oil filter.
Stop the engine, wait a few minutes and
then check the level using the relative
dipstick 5 (fig. C17/4).
Top up if necessary.

- Motoröl wechseln und
Motorölfilter ersetzen
Den Teleskoplader auf einer ebenen
Fläche abstellen, den Motor ein paar
Minuten laufen lassen und dann abstel-
len.
Das Motorschutzgehäuse "1" abneh-
men.
Einen Auffangbehälter unter den Öla-
blassstopfen am Motor 2 (Abb. C17/1)
stellen; den Stopfen 2 losschrauben und
abnehmen.
Außerdem den Öleinfüllstopfen 3 (Abb.
C17/2) abschrauben, damit das Öl bes-
ser ausläuft.
Filter ersetzen
Den Ölfilter 4 (Abb. C17/3) losschrauben
und herausnehmen. Den Filter und
seine Dichtung umweltgerecht entsor-
gen.
Den Filterträger mit einem sauberen
Lappen reinigen.
Die neue Dichtung leicht einölen und
einen neuen Filter mit den gleichen
Eigenschaften
montieren; siehe ("TABELLE DER FIL-
TERELEMENTE UND KEILRIEMEN").
Den neuen Ölfilter 4 nur mit der
Muskelkraft der Hand anziehen und
dann um eine weitere Viertelumdrehung
blockieren.
Motoröl einfüllen Den Ölablaßstopfen "1"
(Abb. C17/1) einsetzen und festschrauben.
Durch den Öleinfüllstopfen "4" (Abb.C17/2)
Öl einfüllen (vgl. “TABELLE DER
FÜLLMENGEN”). Anschließenden
Motorölfilter und Ablassschraube auf
Dichtheit prüfen.
Einige Minuten abwarten, damit das Öl
in die Ölwanne fließen kann. Den Motor
starten und bei Leerlaufdrehzahl laufen
lassen. Sicherstellen, daß der
Ölablaßstopfen und der Ölfilter dicht
sind.
Den Motor abstellen, und nach einer
kurzen Wartezeit den Ölstand mit
Ölmeßstab "5" (Abb. C17/4) prüfen.
Falls erforderlich, noch Öl nachfüllen.

- Sostituire l’olio motore e
sostituire filtro olio motore
Posizionare il carrello su di una
superficie piana, far girare al minimo
il motore per qualche minuto e poi
fermarlo.
Smontare il carter protezione motore
“1”.
Collocare un recipiente sotto il
tappo di svuotamento coppa olio
motore 2 (fig. C17/1); svitare il
tappo 2 e poi toglierlo.
Inoltre svitare il tappo di riempimen-
to 3 (fig.C17/2) per facilitare lo
svuotamento.
Sostituzione del filtro.
Svitare e togliere il filtro dell’olio 4
(fig.C17/3) poi gettarlo con relativa
guarnizione.
Pulire l’attacco del filtro con un
panno pulito .
Lubrificare leggermente la nuova
guarnizione e montare un nuovo
filtro di uguali caratteristiche vedi
("TABELLA ELEMENTI FILTRANTI E
CINGHIE").
Stringere il nuovo filtro dell’olio 4
esercitando solo una pressione con
la mano e bloccarlo ruotandolo un
quarto di giro.
Riempimento della coppa olio motore.
Rimettere e stringere il tappo di svuo-
tamento 1 (fig.C17/1).
Versare l’olio (vedere "LUBRIFICAN-
TI") attraverso il foro di riempimento 3
(fig.C17/2).
Aspettare qualche minuto per permet-
tere che l’olio defluisca nel carter.
Avviare il motore e lasciarlo girare per
alcuni minuti. Verificare che non ci
siano perdite in corrispondenza del
foro di svuotamento e del filtro
dell’olio.
Fermare il motore, aspettare qualche
minuto e controllare il livello usando
l’apposita asta 5 (fig C17/4).
Rabboccare, se necessario.
