When carrying out electrical welding
operations on the truck, connect the
negative lead of the welder straight
on to the part being welded to pre-
vent high voltage current from pas-
sing through the alternator, and
disconnect the battery.
Fuse and relay box
The electric circuit is protected by fuses
mounted in the fuse box located
underneath the cover of the instrument
panel (FIG. A) and in the electric box
under the cab (FIG. B page.4-7).
To change a fuse, remove it and replace
it with a new one with the same quality
and calibration values.
If a power failure occurs, check all the
fuses and verify if a short-circuit has
occurred.
DO NOT TRY TO REPAIR A BURNED
FUSE.
Elektrische Anschlüsse weder abneh-
men noch vertauschen, während der
Motor läuft. Zum Ausführen von
Schweißarbeiten am Fahrzeug ist das
Minuskabel der Schweißmaschine direkt
mit der zu schweißenden Stelle zu ver-
binden, um zu vermeiden, daß die hohe
Spannung die Lichtmaschine durch-
quert. Daher die Batterie abmachen.
Sicherungen - und relaisdose
Der elektrische Kreis ist durch
Sicherungen geschützt, die sich in der
Sicherungendose unter der
Armaturenbrett-Abdeckung “1” (Abb. B)
und im Elektrogehäuse unter der Kabine
(Abb. C) befinden.
Um eine Sicherung auszuwechseln, sie
herausnehmen und mit einer neuen,
gleichwertigen ersetzen.
Bei Stromausfall alle Sicherungen kon-
trollieren und sicherstellen, daß kein
Kurzschluß vorliegt.
NICHT VERSUCHEN, EINE DURCH-
GEBRANNTE SICHERUNG ZU REPA-
RIEREN.
In caso di saldatura elettrica sul carrello,
collegare direttamente il cavo negativo
della saldatrice sul pezzo da saldare per
evitare che la corrente ad alta tensione
attraversi l’alternatore quindi disinserire
la batteria.
Scatola portafusibili e relé
Il circuito elettrico é protetto da fusibili
situati nella scatola portafusibili (FIG.A)
posta sotto il coperchio del cruscotto e
nella scatola elettrica sotto la cabina
(FIG. B pag.4-7).
Per cambiare un fusibile, toglierlo e
sostituirlo con uno nuovo della stessa
qualità e taratura.
In caso di mancanza di corrente, con-
trollare tutti i fusibili e verificare se si è
prodotto un cortocircuito.
NON TENTARE DI RIPARARE UN
FUSIBILE CHE È SALTATO.
