- Approach the load in the transport
position in front of the pile (Fig. L).
- Lift and extend the jib (1) (2) until the
load is above the pile, if necessary
move the lift truck forward (3) (Fig. M)
manoeuvring very gently and carefully
(See paragraph : E - VISIBILITY in the
chapter : HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS
for visibility of the road). Apply the
parking brake and place the
forward/reverse lever in neutral.
- Place the load in a horizontal position
and lay it down on the pile by lowering
and retracting the jib (1) (2) in order to
position the load correctly (Fig. N).
- Free the forks by alternately retracting
and lifting the jib (3) (Fig. N) or, if pos-
sible, by reversing the lift truck (3) (See
paragraph : E - VISIBILITY in the
chapter : HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS
for visibility of the road). Then bring the
jib into the transport position.
E - Taking up a load without pallet
- Tilt the carriage (1) forwards and
extend the jib (2) while simultaneously
crowding the carriage backwards to
slip the forks under the load (Fig. O). If
necessary, wedge the load.
F - Load status indicator.
- Always watch the load status indicator
while handling a load.
- Die Last in Transportposition vor den
Stapel bringen (Abb. L).
- Den Teleskop heben und ausfahren (1)
(2), bis die Last sich über dem Stapel
befindet, falls nötig mit dem
Teleskoplader vorfahren (3) (Abb. M),
dabei sehr langsam und vorsichtig vor-
gehen (Siehe Absatz : E - SICHT im
Kapitel : HANDHABUNGSANWEISUN-
GEN für die Sicht auf dem Fahrweg).
Handbremse anziehen und den Hebel
des Fahrtrichtungswahlschalter in
Neutralstellung bringen.
- Die Last in die Waagerechte bringen
und auf den Stapel setzen, dabei durch
Absenken und Einfahren des
Auslegers (1) (2) die Last richtig posi-
tionieren (Abb. N).
- Die Gabeln durch abwechselndes
Einfahren und Anheben des Auslegers
(3) (Abb. N) oder, falls möglich, durch
Rückwärtsfahren des Teleskoplader (3)
frei fahren (Siehe Absatz : E - SICHT
im Kapitel : HANDHABUNGSANWEI-
SUNGEN für die Sicht auf dem
Fahrweg). Anschließend den Teleskop
in Transportstellung bringen.
E - Aufnahme einer nicht
palettierten Last.
- Den Gabelträger nach vorn neigen (1)
und den Teleskop ausfahren (2), dabei
den Gabelträger wieder nach hinten
neigen (3) um die Gabeln unter die
Last zu schieben (Abb. O). Falls nötig,
Last verkeilen.
F - Anzeige des Ladezustands.
- Bei der Handhabung immer die
Lastanzeige beobachten.
- Avvicinare il carico in posizione di
trasporto davanti alla pila (Fig. L).
- Alzare e allungare il braccio (1) (2) fino
a quando il carico è al disopra della
pila, se occorre far avanzare il carrello
elevatore (3) (Fig. M) manovrando dol-
cemente e con prudenza (Vedi para-
grafo : E - VISIBILITÀ nel capitolo :
ISTRUZIONI PER LA MOVIMENTA-
ZIONE relativo alla visibilità sul percor-
so). Azionare il freno di stazionamento
e mettere la leva dell'invertitore di mar-
cia in folle.
- Posizionare il carico orizzontalmente e
posarlo sulla pila, abbassando e rien-
trando il braccio (1) (2) per posizionare
correttamente il carico (Fig. N).
- Liberare le forche, facendo alternativa-
mente rientrare e alzare il braccio (3)
(Fig. N), o se possibile, facendo indie-
treggiare il carrello elevatore (3) (Vedi
paragrafo : E - VISIBILITÀ nel
capitolo : ISTRUZIONI PER LA MOVI-
MENTAZIONE relativo alla visibilità sul
percorso). Quindi portare il braccio in
posizione di trasporto.
E - Prelevare un carico senza pallet
- Inclinare le forche (1) in avanti e allun-
gare il braccio (2) inclinando contem-
poraneamente le forche (3) indietro per
inserire le forche sotto il carico (Fig.O).
Se necessario zeppare il carico.
F - Dispositivo indicatore di stato di
carico.
- Osservare sempre l'indicatore di stato
di carico durante la movimentazione.
