- Travelling on a longitudinal slope :
• Drive and brake gently.
• Moving without load : Forks or attach-
ment facing downhill.
• Moving with load : Forks or attachment
facing uphill.
- Ensure that scaffolding, loading
platform or pile are capable of bearing
the weight.
- Ensure the stability and solidity of the
ground before depositing a load.
D - Handling
- Always consider safety and only tran-
sport balanced and correctly secured
loads to avoid any risk of tipping.
- Fully engage forks under the load and
move it in the transport position (The
forks 300 mm from the ground, the jib
retracted to the maximum and the car-
riage sloping backwards).
- For obvious reasons regarding the lift
truck’s stability and clear visibility of the
surrounding environment, only move
the lift truck when the jib is in the tran-
sport position.
- Do not manoeuvre the lift truck with the
jib in the raised position unless under
exceptional circumstances and then
with extreme caution, at very low
speed and using gentle braking.
Ensure that visibility is adequate and
get another person to guide you along
if necessary.
- Never shift the position of the load
while the lift truck is in motion.
- Never drive too fast or brake abruptly
when carrying a load.
- During handling, drive at low speed.
- Check the load, particularly when tur-
ning corners and especially if it is very
bulky.
- Secure unstable loads.
- Handle loads with caution, at slow
speed, without sudden jerks when
moving them at significant heights and
jib extention.
- Hang in Fahrtrichtung :
• Fahren und leicht abbremsen..
• Leerfahrt : Gabelnzinken oder
Zubehörteil bergab.
• Beladene Fahrt : Gabeln oder
Anbaugerät bergan.
- Nur geeignete Lastaufnahmemittel
verwenden.Überzeugen Sie sich von
der Beschaffenheit und der
Tragfähigkeit der Abladestelle
- Sich vor dem Abladen der Last von der
Stabilität und Festigkeit des Bodens
überzeugen.
D - Handhabung
- Immer an die Sicherheit denken und
nur Lasten befördern, die ausgeglichen
und richtig befestigt sind, um jegliches
Kippen zu vermeiden.
- Die Gabeln ganz unter die Last fahren
und diese in Transportstellung bringen
(die Gabeln 300 mm über dem Boden,
Ausleger eingefahren und
Werkzeugaufnahme nach hinten
geneigt).
- Aus Gründen der Stabilität und des
Überblicks darf mit dem Gabelstapler
nur gefahren werden, wenn der
Ausleger in Transportstellung ist.
- Den Gabelstapler nur in
Ausnahmesituationen mit angehobe-
nem Ausleger bewegen, dabei äußerst
vorsichtig vorgehen, und mit erheblich
reduzierter Geschwindigkeit fahren und
sanft abbremsen. Sich von einer
ausreichenden Übersicht überzeugen,
gegebenenfalls eine weitere Person
hinzuziehen.
- Die Last nicht bewegen solange der
Gabelstapler in Bewegung ist.
- Niemals mit einer Last zu schnell fah-
ren oder zu plötzlich bremsen.
- Während der Handhabung im
Kriechgang fahren.
- Die Last überwachen, besonders in
Kurven und insbesondere, wenn sie
sehr sperrig ist.
- Instabile Lasten befestigen.
- Lasten vorsichtig, bei geringer
Geschwindigkeit und nicht ruckartig
handhaben, wenn sie in großen Höhen
oder bei großem Versatz bewegt wer-
den.
- Spostamenti su pendenze
longitudinali :
• Avanzare e frenare dolcemente.
• Spostamento a vuoto : Le forche o
l'accessorio rivolti a valle.
• Spostamento con carico : Le forche o
l'accessorio rivolti a monte.
- Verificare che il ponteggio, il piano di
carico o la pila possano sopportare il
carico.
- Assicurarsi della stabilità e della
compattezza del suolo prima di posare
il carico.
D - Movimentazione
- Osservare sempre le regole di sicurez-
za, trasportare carichi sempre equili-
brati e correttamente sistemati per evi-
tare ogni rischio di ribaltamento.
- Inserire a fondo le forche sotto il carico
e spostarlo in posizione di trasporto
(Le forche a 300 mm dal suolo, il brac-
cio completamente rientrato e le forche
inclinate indietro).
- Per evidenti ragioni di stabilità del car-
rello elevatore e di buona visibilità,
spostate il carrello elevatore solo quan-
do il braccio è in posizione di trasporto.
- Manovrate il carrello elevatore con il
braccio sollevato solo in casi eccezio-
nali; operate allora con estrema pru-
denza, a velocità ridottissima e frenan-
do molto dolcemente. Assicuratevi di
avere sempre una visibilità sufficiente,
eventualmente fatevi guidare da un'al-
tra persona.
- Mantenere stabile il carico quando il
carrello elevatore è in movimento.
- Non avanzare mai troppo veloce-
mente, né frenare bruscamente con un
carico.
- Durante le operazioni di movimentazio-
ne, circolare a velocità ridotta.
- Sorvegliare il carico, soprattutto nelle
curve, in particolare se è voluminoso.
- Imbragare i carichi instabili.
- Movimentare i carichi con precauzione,
a velocità ridotta e senza scatti, soprat-
tutto quando li portate a grandi altezze
e con notevole sbalzo.
