- Drehkranz abschmieren
Die Schmiernippel "1" (Abb. C15)
reinigen.
Mit Fett (vgl. “TABELLE DER
FÜLLMENGEN”) abschmieren.
Überschüssiges Fett entfernen.

prüfen
(only 360°)
Den Teleskopstapler mit ausgerichtetem
Turm auf eine ebene Fläche stellen, den
Teleskopausleger ganz einfahren und
heben und den Turm dann um +/- 60°
nach rechts drehen, um besseren Zugriff
zu den Einfüllstellen des
Rotationsgetriebes (Abb. C16) zu
erhalten; den Motor abstellen und
abwarten, dass das Öl sich abkühlt.
Um den Stand des Getriebeöls zu prü-
fen, ist folgendes erforderlich:
- Mit einem Schlüssel den Stopfen 1
(Abb. C16/2) mit Ölmessstab vom
Standanzeiger 3 abschrauben und
den korrekten Ölstand prüfen, der
sich zwischen den Kerben
"MIN" und "MAX" (Abb. C16/1)
befinden muss.
- Sollte der Ölstand zu niedrig sein,
d.h. unter der Kerbe "MIN", ist am
Stutzen 2 (Abb. C16/1) Ö nach
zufüllen, bis das Öl am
Standanzeiger
3 (Abb. C16/1) zu sehen ist.
Danach die Einfüll- und
Standanzeigestopfen wieder
aufschrauben.

- Grasing the slewing center plate
Clean lubricators 1 (fig. C15).
Lubricate with grease (see“LUBRCANT”
chart).
Remove any excess grease.
C C 1 1 6 6 - - Check rotation reduction gear oil
(only 360°)
Position the lift truck, with turret aligned, on a
level surface,
retract and raise telescopic boom completely,
and then turn the turret to the right by
+/- 60°, for better access to the rotation
reduction gear filling points (Fig.C16).
Stop the I.C. engine and wait for the hydraulic
oil to cool down.
To check the oil level in the reduction unit:
- Unscrew cap1 using a spanner (Fig.C16/2)
and check the oil level through level indicator
3 using a dipstick: the level must be between
the "MIN" and "MAX" line (Fig.C16/1).
- If the oil level is low, i.e. below the "MIN" level,
top up through opening 2 (Fig.C16/1) until the
oil touches level indicator (Fig.C16/1).
Then refit the topping up and level caps.

- Pulire e ingrassare ralla rotazione
Pulire gli ingrassatori 1 (fig.C15).
Lubrificare con del grasso (vedere
tabella"LUBRIFICANTI").
Togliere l’eccesso di grasso.

(solo 360°
)
Posizionare il carrello, con torretta
allineata, su di una superficie piana,
rientrare e sollevare completamente il
braccio telescopico e poi ruotare la
torretta a destra di +/- 60°, per accedere
meglio ai punti di riempimento del
riduttore rotazione (fig.C16); fermare il
motore termico e attendere che si
raffreddi l’olio idraulico.
Per controllare il livello olio riduttore
occorre:
- Svitare con una chiave il tappo 1
(fig.C16/2)con astina di livello dal
indicatore di livello 3 e verificare il
corretto livello di olio, che deve essere
tra la linea di “MIN” e “MAX” (fig.C16/1).
- Nel caso in cui il livello di olio fosse
basso, cioè sotto la linea di livello
“MIN”, rabboccare olio tramite il
raccordo 2 (fig.C16/1) fino a quando
l’olio non affiora dal indicatore di livello
3 (fig.C16/1).
Infine riavvitare i tappi di rabbocco e di
livello.
