7.5 PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
1. Installation
1) Joint of sprocket A
Joint of body B
2) When installing the motor to the machine and when installing the sprocket to the motor, do not tap
with a hammer but use a mounting bolt and push in gently.
3) Use specified bolts (equivalent at least to 11T) when installing the motor and sprocket and tighten
by the tightening torque specified below.
Screw size
Tightening torque
M10
49 to 64 N·m {6 to 6.5 kgf·m}
2. Piping
1) Piping of motor is shown in the dimensional drawing. Conduct carefully paying attention to the
direction of rotation.
2) Piping port is covered at the time of delivery. When piping, be careful not to let dust from welding
scale to go inside.
3) Since this is an inside drain type product, drain pressure (pressure inside the hydraulic motor
body) increases up to motor outlet pressure. To protect the interior parts such as an oil seal, pay
attention to the dimension of piping and installation method so that the pipings for A and B will not
go beyond the allowable pressure of inside of casing.
Allowable pressure inside the casing must be 5 kgf/cm
2
(0.5 MPa) for common use and 10 kgf/cm
2
(1 MPa) or less for surge.
4) Sufficient filtering will prolong the life of hydraulic systems and increases reliability. For this reason,
provide a 10
μ
m filter inside the circuit.
