20. PROCEDURE FOR DISASSEMBLING AND REASSEMBLING
BOOM
20.1 REMOVING WIRE HARNESS CONNECTORS
1. Remove the cover for connector bracket of portion A, also disconnect all the connectors on the post side,
and disconnect the CN34 for the main boom.
2. Remove the cover for connector bracket of portion C, also disconnect all the connectors from the main
boom, and separate them for the main boom and for the jib.
3.
Disconnect the connectors for portions B and D, and disengage the terminal of length meter from the boom.
In this step, be careful to prevent the wire end portion from being wound up into the length meter.

Make the nut side of the bracket outside.
Route along the hose.
Pass the harness with the hose through
the No.1 boom in the cable pair.
Make the nut side of
the bracket back.
Route the harness along the
innermost hose and piping.
Make the nut side front.
Yellow tape must
not enter the drum.
Tighten clip together with gall.
(Same for No.2 and 3)
Fix so that the tip of the length total
reel is not crushed.
Lower surface of hose guide
Yellow tape must not enter the drum.
Fix the lock nut by
restricting the length total
reel tip so that it does not
come off.
Fix so that the tip of the length
total reel is not crushed.
Adjust so that the boom stops at 0
to 1° with the lowering full lever.
Adjust so that the boom stops at 79 to 80°
with the raising full lever.
From the opposite side of the boom
