(1.1.3.1.1) Calibration of actual load (no load: hook only)
Calibrate a load at no load (hook weight only).
Keep the working equipment posture as it was set.
Use the cursor move button (
▲
or
▼
) so that the numerical value of
“SET” is “2 kg” of “TARGET” and press the Enter button.
However, in the case of one fall hook of the optional winch,
“TARGET” is “20 kg”.
(1.1.3.1.2) Calibration of actual load (at load)
Calibrate a load at load (including hook weight).
Keep the working equipment posture as it was set.
Hoist the weight prepared for extension/contraction of the jib (or up and
down of the winch).
Use the cursor move button (
▲
or
▼
) so that the numerical value of “SET”
is “weight of slinging wire hook weight”, stop sway of the
load and press the Enter button after 10 seconds.
Example Weight: 800 kg
Slinging wire: 5 kg
Hook: 2 kg
Set the value of SET to a total of 807 kg.
Be careful not to overwind when working with a winch.
(2) [CHECK] Check of calibration data
The data, when calibrated last, can be checked.
When “CHECK” is selected, the screen changes and the status is
displayed.
Check that the values of calibrated items (SET) and the date (LATEST
SET) are entered.
HOOK
J1
Calibrated as with fixed hook.
JM
Calibrated as with single fall hook.
WINCH
ON
Winch unit is mounted when calibrated.
(If “HOOK” is in “JM”, WINCH is always “ON”
OFF
Winch unit is not mounted when calibrated.
(3) [Reset] Calibration data reset
Reset the calibration data.
When “RESET” is selected, the “N/Y” screen is displayed. Select using
the cursor move button (
▲
or
▼
) and press the Enter button.
N: No reset is made.
Y: A reset is made.
Be sure to calibrate after reset.
