(1.1.2.2.1) Calibration of jib angle MAX
Calibrate when the jib angle is maximum.
First, set the boom and the jib straight so that their angles are the same.
Install an angle meter to the boom and set the boom angle to “70°”.
Be careful that if the angle meter is installed to the jib, the position is so
high that it cannot be seen.
Use the cursor move button (
▲
or
▼
) so that the numerical value of “SET”
is “70.00±0°” and press the Enter button.
(1.1.2.2.2) Calibration of jib angle MIN
Calibrate when the jib angle is minimum.
Lower the jib fully and set it to a “stowed state”.
Lower the boom fully as well and set it to a “fully stowed state”.
Install an angle meter to a flat plane of the jib.
Use the cursor move button (
▲
or
▼
) so that the numerical value of
“SET” is the “displayed absolute value - 180°” and press the Enter
button.
Example: When a displayed value is -1.40°: 1.40° - 180° = -178.60°
This is a SET value.
When a displayed value is +1.55°: 1.55° - 180° = -178.45°
This is a SET value.
(1.1.3) Calibration of load
Select “LOAD” and calibrate the actual load display.
(1.1.3.1) Position setting
Set the working equipment posture at the time of calibration of actual
load.
Move the crane so that numerical values of the boom length, boom
angle and jib angle of “SET” fall into the range of “TARGET”.
BOOM LENGTH: 2.59±0.2(m)
BOOM ANGLE: 55±0.2(°)
JIB ANGLE: -90±0.2(°)
Slowly stop the boom angle by lowering operation.
When the numerical values of “SET” fall into the range of “TARGET”,
press the Enter button.
Fully contract the jib length to prevent interference with the ground.
The work can be performed efficiently if a weight of 600 to 800 kg is
prepared in advance directly beneath the hook at the setting position.
