After you inserted the USB device, the system can auto detect it and pop up the following
dialogue box. It allows you to conveniently backup files, log, configure or update the system. See
Figure 4-294.
Refer to "4.18.1 File Management", "4.10.1 Log", IMP/EXP, and "4.10.4.4 System Update" for
detailed information.

You can add a USB keyboard through USB port, and it can input characters limited to soft
keyboard.

4.19Shutdown

● If a dialogue box appears with: "System is shutting down…" Do not switch the power on-off button.
● Do not unplug the power cable or click the power on-off button to shut down the down the device when it is

running (especially when it is recording.)

● Before replace the HDD, shut down the device and then unplug the power cable.
