9. Referring again to Figure 224, pull the tray and slides all the way out toward the front of the rack
|
and lock the slides in place.
|
Notes:
|
a. The next steps will require you to slide the tray in and out, and lift the left side of the tray
|
slightly in order to align the left slide clearance holes with the tray's threaded holes. This
|
alignment will be easier if you first install the front screw

(tray pulled out all the way), then
|
the rear screw,

and finally the middle screw

(with the tray partially pushed in).

b. Install the middle screw

by pushing the tray toward the rear until the threaded screw hole
|
appears.

10. Raise the left-hand side of the tray enough to align the holes in the slide with the mounting holes
|
in the tray. Attach the left-hand slide to the tray using three M4 x 10 socket button head screws
|

P/N 1621510. Ensure that the screws are tight.

11. Install three lock nuts, P/N 1622403, on the threads of the three screws just installed. This will
|
ensure that none of the screws come loose during usage.
|
12. See Figure 222 on page INST-36 and Figure 223 on page INST-37. Pull the tray assembly out
|
so the slides are extended all the way out.
