Estimated Delay time
Set the delay so that inductance does not affect measurements.
To fine tune the delay, begin with a longer delay than necessary, then gradually shorten it while watching the
measurement value.

Setting range: 0.0 ms (default) to 100.0 ms
[DELAY1] is common to all ranges, while
[DELAY2] can be set for each range inde-
pendently (p. 43).
