DISCONNECTING THE HARNESS
(1)
Disconnect the electric actuator connector.
6.
REMOVING THE TURBOCHARGER INSULATOR
(1)
Unfasten the 3 bolts to remove the turbocharger insulator from the
turbocharger assembly.
7.
DISCONNECTING THE OIL PIPE
(1)
Unfasten the bolt and 2 union bolts to remove the oil pipe A and
gaskets from the turbocharger assembly and oil cooler assembly.
! CAUTION
Use care not to splash the oil in the pipes and turbocharger
assembly.
NOTICE
When disconnecting the oil pipe, engine oil will spill. Prepare a
reservoir and clean clothes.

Unfasten the 4 bolts to remove the oil pipe B and gaskets from the
turbocharger assembly and cylinder block.
! CAUTION
Use care not to splash the oil in the pipes and turbocharger
assembly.
NOTICE
When disconnecting the oil pipe, engine oil will spill. Prepare a
reservoir and clean clothes.

Block oil holes of the turbocharger assembly to prevent entry of
foreign matters.
! CAUTION
Use special care to prevent the entry of foreign matter into the tur-
bocharger assembly.
