3.3.8 Condensate separator
If the TITANUS MICRO·SENS® is operated in environments where
condensate can form in the pipe system, a condensate separator is used. To
collect the condensate, the condensate separator is mounted at the lowest
point of the pipe system upstream of the air filter and
TITANUS MICRO·SENS®.
Condensate separators are used in monitoring areas with:
▪ Heavily fluctuating temperatures (high air humidity)
▪ Fresh air monitoring

The use of 45° angles enables optimum wall spacing.
The condensate separator can be operated within a temperature range of
0 °C … +50 °C. The sinter filter in the condensate separator has a pore
width of 50 µm and provides additional coarse absorption of dirt particles.
