Delete an item from the abbreviated dialing table
Step
Expected result
Pick up the phone.
The subscriber can hear the dial tone.
Dial #51#.
The subscriber can hear the ringback tone or the voice
prompt “You have deactivated the service.”
If you fail, you will hear the busy tone or the voice prompt
“Sorry, your attempt to deactivate the service was
unsuccessful”.
Hang up the phone.

Caution:
Be cautious about your deletion, for all the numbers in the abbreviated dialing table will
be deleted by this operation.
II. Abbreviated dialing
The following table describes how to perform common abbreviated dialing.
