Chapter 6: Stiffeners

Stiffener Starting Location

1. All stiffeners should be installed on the exterior of the bin.

2. Install the top stiffener (29) to the top sidewall sheet (30) at a distance of 4" from the top hole in the

bin wall.

3. Use M10 x 25 flange bolt (1) with neoprene washer and M10 flange nuts (3) to secure the

top stiffener (29) to the sidewall sheet (30).

NOTE:

Install the flange bolts (1) with bolt head on the inside of the bin.
