Chapter 2: General Overview

Anchor Bolt Detail

The following is the minimum requirement for anchoring of standard tanks.

• 3/4" diameter anchor bolt (1) is the minimum allowed, 1" diameter anchor bolt (1) is the

minimum with sidedraw flume system.

• Exposed anchor bolt thread height (2) is 5" (12.7 cm).

• Overall anchor bolt length (3) for 3/4" and 1" diameter anchor bolt is 18" (45.72 cm).
