Chapter 8: Roof Assembly

Assembling the Center Collar Brackets to the Inner Center Collar

The inner center collar is a one piece design which connects to the outer center collar with eight center
collar channel brackets. Five center collar channel brackets must be assembled to the inner center collar
before it is lifted to the roof.

1. Locate the five columns of three holes (137) at equal distances on the outside radius of the inner

center collar (119) and align one center collar channel bracket (120) with each column of holes.

2. Install 1/2" x 1-3/4" flange bolts (5) and 1/2" flange nuts (17), securing the center collar channel

brackets (120) to the inner center collar (119).

NOTE:

Tighten the flange bolts (5) and flange nuts (17) loosely to allow the center collar channel
brackets (120) to adjust for aligning properly with the outer center collar.
